Yep - it's Tbirds and my birthdays today!!
She has FINALLY turned 10 - (she has only been counting down the days since...well, may 29th last year!!!)
And I am having another birthday too - uneventful 34, Man of the house says next year will be a big party for me!
We were up early, Tbird awoke to a room full of streamers and balloons wrapped all around the room and her bed, plus the house awash with pink streamers, cards and tulips for me!
We began with madame opening her gifts - lots of surprises - Urban Angel clothes (graduated from Pumpkin Patch) a her own scrapbook, a gorgeous high heeled piggy bank with big eye lashes and a tutu (she loved it) Hannah Montana soundtrack to the new movie (which I have listened to and is great btw) Another Cinderella story DVD, AND... a pink DS lite! that did for her - she lost it, she was so excited and jumping up and down - a much wanted present for the past three years, and one she had completely no idea she was getting - it was the gift in place of a party, as she on the off year for parties (they get one every other year once they go to school) - she has been one happy kid.
We then had our traditional mud cake and cream breakfast and then we took the kids to school, Tbird was armed with a big batch of cupcakes for her class mates!
So all and all a good day....... and my gift????? We signed the cotracts for our new house today!!! Yippee!!!!

Hello,
This summer I go to New York with my parents and we will rent a car to move a little.
Being accro with the scrapbooking for two years now, I have hoped to benefit from it to bring back a little material.
I saw on Internet that there are no scrap specialized stores inside Manhattan.
Is what you would know of the “big stores” of scrapbooking in the neighbourhoods of New York?
