A brand spanking new on-line class!
Remember this....
That's my 2008 everyday journal - jam packed full of the nitty gritty of our life, the good and bad times, the laughter, the achievements - the everyday "stuff" that doesn't eventuate into layout - but is just as important as the big events because it make up who we are as a family. It's us - loud, colourful, busy... happy.
Starting June 1st and continuing for the whole month, we will look at creating an everyday journal - using mixed media, doodling, and ramblings - I will share with you how to create a lasting memory for your family.
My girls' all time favourite project that I have ever created for them are our everyday journals - They sit in my studio and read through them whenever they are in there. Mini albums and layouts come and go, but the everyday journals are full of moments, love, and the stuff that makes our lives so full and wonderful.
Each day you will be given a new prompt, using a range of scrapping and crafting techniques, a list of materials and the step by steps to create each page. Along the way, I will share layouts that have been inspired by my journals, and projects to share your everyday life with your family and friends.
Registration is open now - please email me at jenandwill@bigpond.com to join the fun.
Cost is $30 for the whole month (that's just a $1 a day) and payments can be made via pay-pal or direct deposit.
I will also share a range of ways to create your own journaling - whether you decide to journal everyday of the year or just a couple of days a month!
What I love most about the everyday journal is that the "rules" don't apply - you can mix it up, experiment and best of all, the size is smaller scale so they are super fast to complete - I feel accomplished each week because I get my journal done and the stories down - I have often referred back to my journaling when scrapping photos that I have forgotten the stories to from months before.
Let the fun begin!
JEN xoxo

Hi Jen... I did this workshop (party funtime) with you last year. So I was wondering if it was going to be the same, a little different, or totally different? knowing me though i will proably do it again even if iit is the same as i had a huge time last year and learned so much. I do still struggle to write a few words each day if i have layed about on the couch in front of TV... But then i think back to things that you said in that in the future that could be interesting to generations to come Right? Mind you in my case my (fur)baby 'Dude' hasn't displayed much interest in my scrapping :)... talk to you soon
